TIAK-3 Combat Knife
Details: A 9 inch, spear tip knife, with a 5 inch course-sawtooth section on the back edge. It is made from carbon nanotube enhanced Keisou Steel, with a fullerene tip and core, allowing it to puncture modern armour, if wielded by a soldier with strength enhancing armour or augmentations. Compatible with all standard bayonet mounts.

TIAK-4 Force Knife
Details: An 8 inch long, modified-tanto style combat knife, made from carbon nanotube enhanced Keisou Steel, with a fullerene tip and core. In order to enhance its cutting ability, the core and grip of the knife house a very small force field generator, creating a blade of force around the physical blade. The edge of the force blade is sharper than any normal blade and doesn't dull with use, allowing it to slice through armour with relative ease.

TIAK-5 Force Blade
Details: Similar in design to the TIAK-4, the TIAK-5 is intended for use by power armoured troops. It is 14 inches long, with a thicker physical blade and more powerful energy blade.

Detail: The FMP-14 is a railgun PDW, with a folding stock and counter recoil system. The use of a helical magazine allows it to be compact, while holding a large amount of ammo, making it a much more dangerous weapon than it's size would imply. It shares ammunition with the FSP-58, lessening strain on the supply system. When fitted with a silencer, bullet velocity is automatically lowered to just subsonic by default, however that can be increased to full power if the user wishes.

Detail: A bullpup style shotgun with two barrels, using a combination of rail shotgun and H-Ion rifle. The system is designed to fire the H-Ion just before the railgun, in order to destabilize shields for the kinetic rounds to penetrate. The magazines contain both the kinetic rounds as well as a battery pack that has enough power to supply the rails and H-Ion barrel.

KC-6/P Smart Pistol

Detail: Made to provide accurate, easy to use firepower in a small package, the KC-6/P Smart Pistol fires guided rounds in either single shot or burst fire modes. If fired without active guidance, the rounds simply fly on perfectly flat and straight trajectories until their capacitors drain. When used by police forces, the rounds can be programmed to flip at set distances, decelerating to fall harmlessly to the ground and safely self destruct.

KC-8/R Smart Rifle

Detail: Following the success of the KC-15/S, a smaller calibre, mass produced version was designed for use with militia and state police. The operating system was simplified, allowing to be used effectively with even short training, increasing accuracy and effectively eliminating friendly fire incidents, which makes it perfect for issuing to militia and police forces. As a result of its smaller size and simplified systems, it can only lock on to one target at a time rather than multiple targets with one burst, however the decrease in cost balances the lost capabilities. Initial target lock is quick allowing for rapid response, but if the lock is held for a second it can optimize its impact location for the target, ensuring maximum damage. As with the KC-6/P Smart Pistol, they can be fired without active guidance, however this is generally frowned upon without a good reason.

KC-8/AR Smart Assault Rifle

Detail: Along with the mass production of the KC-8/R Smart Rifles, the KC-8/AR Smart Assault Rifle was made in smaller numbers, to provide a more capable weapon for forces with greater training. Its designers kept the mechanical internals from the KC-8/R, with only minor changes, and upgraded the sensors and computer, achieving multiple target tracking with much faster acquisition. The target acquisition and tracking system is actually capable enough to allow for automatic fire, so long as the rate of fire remains relatively low.

Detail: Similar to the KC-8/R, the KC-10/M is a smart designated marksman rifle, firing only in two round bursts. The targeting computer on the KC-10/M is more sophisticated than its smaller brother, choosing to have the rounds impact the same point in sequence, or targeting two separate points, based on the specific target.

Detail: Firing guided smart grenades, the MGL-25 can accurately engage targets out of sight, hit vulnerable areas on vehicles or clear buildings. The ability to use shotgun rounds instead of grenades has made it popular with point men as the 5 gauge shells can blanket an entire room with a single shot and the slugs are guaranteed to put a hostile down with one hit. The bullpup design and variable velocity rail system make it highly capable as both a grenade launcher and shotgun, allowing it to provide short or long range firepower to any squad. When equipped with a high magnification scope and sabot penetrator shells, it can even serve as a reasonably effective DMR.

Detail: A fire and forget weapon, with precision guidance systems optimized for a range of targets from stationary defences to tanks, aircraft and low flying shuttles. An upgraded payload includes an ECM/H-Ion cap, to help it penetrate defences and increase its effectiveness against shielded targets. Its sensors cover multiple spectrum, allowing it to get a lock on virtually any target and even allows the operator direct control, giving them the ability to hit targets they can't see due to obscuring cover.

Detail: A sentry gun based on a cluster of four KC-8/R Smart Rifles, with a pair of 10mm point defence laser emitters. Since weight is less of an issue on a mounted system, more powerful rail systems and a larger targeting computer were added allowing for multiple lock-ons and a longer effective range. It uses a suite of sensors and a near-AI to direct the fire and ensure no hostiles enter its assigned zone. LTI rounds available.

Detail: A combination particle rifle and grenade launcher/shotgun, the KC-48 uses an innovative combi-barrel technology. What makes the system special is that barrel serves as both a Particle and Hyper-Ionization accelerator, with curved EM fields directing the output of the two firing chambers into it. With each pull of the trigger the PCR fires one H-Ion and one Particle pulse in rapid sequence, for maximum effect on target.

OLDA-3 Body Armour
Role: Body Armour
-Features:
-The OLDA-3 armour is a basic suit of body armour for militia and law enforcement use.
-It consists of a full coverage suit of extruded graphene and synthetic fabrics, sandwiching a layer of kinetic hardening gel and a passive thermal regulating system. The gel layer hardens on high energy impacts, spreading the force over a much larger area to decrease damage to the wearer. On top of the flexible suit is segmented hard armour that covers critical areas, as well a series of mounting points for equipment, pouches and additional armour. The plates are made of laminated CNT and graphene, cored with foamed tungsten carbide filled with a kinetic hardening gel, backed by laminated CNT.
-With the addition of a helmet with a breathing system, the suit can be fully sealed from environmental effects, and even function in vacuum.
-An exterior layer of organic chromatophore based adaptive camouflage can mimic most environmental conditions, or show uniform coloration of the users department.

CFCA-20 Combat Armour
Role: Semi-Power Armour
-Built-in Shielding: 400,000MW
-Features:
-Integrated communication system including a free flowing tactical coms net, HUD with tactical enhancement programs, aural directional enhancers, multi-spectral lights, multi-spectral visual sensors, external microphones, external speaker, and laser designator.
-Advanced NBC and high grade EMP shielding, multi-function air filter, full life support for up to 2 days of operation and a lockdown system for damaged limbs.
-The base of the armour is the undersuit, made from sheets of tightly woven carbon nanotube fibres that support micro-plates of boron-nitride nanotube bonded iridium-metallofullerene. The micro-plates are small enough and overlapped in a manner that forms a layer of micro scales over the whole suit, enhancing its durability without sacrificing mobility. Under that is a sandwich of multiple layers of kinetic hardening gel between layers of extruded graphene, and an integral thermal regulating system, all supported by electro-polymer muscle bundles and lined with a synthetic which provides moisture wicking and a comfortable feeling against the skin.
-The support frame is a skeleton of laminated CNT, reinforced with titanium, which mounts a series of actuators and servos to provide even greater strength enhancement. The support frame also mounts the batteries and electronics for the rest of the system, as well as an air tank.
-The outer layer is made up of segmented hard armour plates, made from laminated CNT and graphene, cored with CNT enhanced Keisou-Fullerene, backed by titanium. The exterior of the armour is covered in nano-engineered smart paint that can mimic most environmental conditions or set colours and patterns.

CFCA-20S Specialist Armour
Role: Special Semi-Power Armour
-Built-in Armament: Right arm-mounted plasma-assisted blade and plasma thrower
-Built-in Shielding: 1,000,000MW layered (distortion)
-Features:
-Includes all features of the CFCA-20, designed to a much higher standard. It also supports an AI aide, specialized in combat and espionage uses.
-The right arm-mounted plasma assisted blade is a 15 inch blade made from CNT enhanced Keisou steel with a fullerene core, which deploys telescopically. An electromagnetic field generator can be used to form a sheath around the blade, capturing the stream of plasma from the plasma thrower and using the captured plasma sheath to enhance the cutting ability by many times, while the blade is kept from melting by a high power cooling system.
-The outer layer is made up of segmented hard armour plates, made from CNT enhanced Keisou-Fullerene, cored with boron-nitride nanotube bonded iridium-metallofullerene, backed by titanium.
-A stealth system similar to the HMAR line of light power armours is included, but as a consequence of the lighter nature of semi-powered armour, the computer systems were forced to be smaller, leading to a shorter duration stealth effect.

CFCA-30/P Combat Armour
Role: Pirschjager Semi-Power Armour
-Built-in Armament: Claws
-Built-in Shielding: 3,000,000MW layered (distortion)
-Features:
-Claws: The hands, feet, elbows and tail of the suit are fitted with retractable claws of various size, made from carbon nanotube enhanced Keisou Steel, with fullerene tips and cores. The claws cutting edges are honed to a mono-molecular edge and maintained that way with nanobots in the sheaths that repair them when retracted. These claws, in combination with the enhanced strength of an armoured Pirschjager allow them to literally rip tanks apart, or burrow through nearly any material given time.
-An on board VI works to guide the Pirschjager, translating their commanders orders into waypoints and target marking on the HUD, and transmitting a summary of the suits sensor take back to HQ.
-Integrated communication system including connection to translator augmentations, HUD with tactical enhancement programs, aural directional enhancers, multi-spectral lights, external microphones, external speaker, and laser designator.
-Advanced NBC and high grade EMP shielding, multi-function air filter, full life support for up to 2 days of operation and a lockdown system for damaged limbs.
-To accommodate use of a Pirschjagers' jaws, the helmet is designed to rapidly open at neural command, activating a small object-permeable, air-tight, shield bubble. This means the Pirschjager may still bite enemies while in vacuum or under attack from gas.
-The armour is made similarly to CFCA-20/S suits, but tailored to fit Pirschjager physiology, and taking advantage of the Pirschjager's greater size and strength to include thicker plating and larger bundles of electro-polymer muscles for further enhanced strength. The increased weight limit has led to armour that's twice as tough, for the same relative encumbrance.

HMAR-44 Light Power Armour

-Features:
-The HMAR-44 masses 600 kilograms and adds 11cm to the wearer's height.
-Stealth coated ablative hard armour plates cover a thick suit of impact-hardening, carbon nanotube-based soft armour and synthetic muscles.
-The electronic systems, stealth features, ion-jets and other systems are upgraded versions of the HMAR-34.
-To better suit the intended role of the armour, the sensor package was greatly increased in the current model, allowing the wearer to detect even other HMAR class armour at close range. On top of the increased sensitivity, the effective range was raised and a system of deployed micro-relays added to the suit. The micro-relays are designed for stealth and serve the purpose of re-transmitting the sensor feeds of the user, using low emission whisker lasers between the relays, with the final relay broadcasting over normal friendly intel channels. This system lets HMAR users get deep into enemy territory and still pass on the intel gathered from their sensors to friendly forces, without giving away their positions. Since the range of each whisker laser can be over a dozen kilometres in good conditions and each suit comes with six of them, the chain can be nearly a hundred kilometres long.
-Complimenting both the sensors and stealth systems is a highly effective, if relatively short-range sensor jammer and mid grade EMP. The combined jamming and EMP effects work to degrade local sensors enough to ensure that anything less than extremely advanced sensors won't even notice the armour.

The plasma lance fires first to create a channel into the material, then it fires again in gun mode to deliver a packet of plasma to the end of the channel, at which point the railgun fires a pellet of solid CO2 into the plasma packet. The plasma instantly heats the CO2 to vaporization temperature, which causes a steam explosion, which creates a sizable crater in the material.

-CFPA/O-3100ARC armour is effectively the same as CFPA/O-3100A, but with a high focus on stealth.
-To suit the stealth focused nature of the armour, the pulsed plasma thrusters were all replaced with low signature ion jets. Due to the lower thrust of ion jets compared to pulsed plasma, the suit can't fly as fast, but it is much harder to detect.
-A full stealth system, based on the HMAR series of armour was installed, but since the designers weren't as limited by size as they were on the light armour, the CFPA/O-3100ARC mounts a massively more capable version, with unlimited duration use and improved effectiveness. The increased effectiveness comes from the fact that the upgraded system doesn't just replicate surrounding emissions from the visible electromagnetic spectrum, but also everything from X-rays to Very Low Frequency radio waves. The system works so well that a suit can interrupt a laser tripwire and not set it off, as no reflection bounces off and an exact copy of the laser is re-emitted from the other side of the armour.
-A field surrounds the suit, dampening noise in its immediate surroundings by creating sound waves tuned to be the exact opposites of any the suit makes while operating. The dampening field is so effective that its almost entirely silent, even when the suit is close enough to touch.

- CFPA/O-3100R armour is a more advanced version of the CFPA/O-3100A, with an automatic active-cooling nitrogen-slush system embedded in the armour layers, operated by the suit AI, that cools damaged areas within nano-seconds of impact, reducing the effect of energy weapons and any heat increase to the armour.
-At great cost, the thruster systems of the CFPA/O-3100A, shield generators of the CFPA/O-3100H and stealth systems of the CFPA/O-3100ARC were miniaturized enough to be mounted on a single suit, if at slightly lower effectiveness for the shields and stealth, while the thrusters maintain their full strength. This makes the Reaper an almost unimaginably lethal threat on the battlefield, with speed, firepower, defence and stealth all on a single platform.

PE-P/3 Mine

Details: A main anti-personnel charge, surrounded by a web of bomblets, the PE-P/3 is more compact than its predecessor but maintains much of its lethality, albeit on a smaller scale. A major change in its design is self deployment capabilities, so a soldier can simply toss it on the ground and it will spread the secondary bomblet array and automatically camouflage to its surroundings. It remains capable of sensing friendlies and temporarily disarming to allow them safe passage through the field.

PE-T/2 Mine
Details: A basic anti-tank mine for the Cabal Federation Army, containing a primary H-Ion charge, along with a double stage shaped charge warhead and a covering of active camouflage. Capable of remote detonation.

PE-T/S3 Mine

Maximum Range: 600m
Details: A special anti-tank mine for the Cabal Federation Army, which is effectively a stripped down and shortened FAT-11 with sensor triggered or remote operation. Its mount contains sensors and micro-motors that allow it to make adjustments when a target enters its assigned kill zone, increasing the chance of a hit over its predecessor.

DK-1 Detonator Pouch
Details: A small pouch containing a handful of detonators, wire and a remote triggering system. A basic demolitions kit, useful for only simple tasks.

DM-2 Demolition Kit
Details: A large pouch containing many detonators, multiple reels of wire, remote triggering systems, sensor based triggers, fragmentation sleeves, shaped charge kits and anti-tampering modules. The kit is used in conjunction with ONC Bricks to allow for the creation of complex explosive devices or to coordinate multiple charges into a simultaneous detonation.

THB-3 Hull Cutter
Penetration: Up to 5 meters of armour
Details: Made for boarding troops to cut through sections of the hull or internal bulkheads, to gain access to enemy ships. The cutter is folding ring packed with thermite, a powerful battery pack, electromagnetic field generators and all-surface adhesive pads. Once applied to a surface and activated, the EMF generators spin up, then the thermite is ignited, forcibly cutting through the armour.

ACE-22 Frag Grenade

Details: The ACE-21 is a smart frag grenade for power armoured troops. It uses an altitude sensor to detect when it begins the descent portion of its arc, then activates a separator charge in the body of the grenade, throwing five sections of the grenade away from the core in a star pattern. The separation enlarges the area of the blast, increasing the number of soft targets it can engage. It can also be set to forgo the separation, creating a smaller but more intense blast for harder targets like power armoured infantry.

ACE-242 Heavy Demolition Charge

RS-1 Remote Sensor Relay

Detail: A light powered exoskeleton that fits on top of armour, supporting the weight of a heavy weapon and managing its recoil. A soldier wearing the Harness can much more easily operate heavy weapons, including firing them on the move with similar effectiveness as a rifle. Since the Harness increases the wearers strength, they are also used by support personnel and combat engineers, as their jobs frequently require lifting.

Details: The FMDS-10 is a modular munition defence system, designed to work in concert to form a more effective defence. The core command module has lots of excess computing power, which means multiple sensors, and hard- and soft-kill systems can be added to one vehicle before another command module is required, which lessens the size constraints of multiple systems.

Civilian Augmentation Package
Details: A basic medical procedure given to all Cabal Federation citizens, the CAP has a genetic and cybernetic component. The genetic package screens the individuals DNA for all defects and tweaks other aspects to reduce degradation from age and wear, like preventing loss of visual clarity or tooth decay, lowering the bodies propensity to store fat after a certain point and greatly increasing resistance to disease and infection. The cybernetic portion of the package is a simple neural augmentation that allows the user to link with technology on a limited level. Given the limited nature of the cybernetics, it isn't uncommon for citizens to buy upgraded systems to improve their capabilities with additional storage or on board processing.

Civil Service Upgrades
Details: The CSU is built on the foundation of the CAP, but with an enhanced cybernetic suite that includes a neural computer an mastoid bone implanted communicator, and gene therapy that slightly increases reaction time, endurance and muscle growth.

Military Augmentation Package
Details: The MAP is a basic set of biological and technological augmentations, specialized for military use and issued to all military personnel, additional to the normal civilian upgrades. The package consists of gene therapy which induces a change to several aspects of the users biology which enhance their reaction time, endurance, resistance to trauma induced shock, increase their rate of healing and add a greater propensity for muscle growth. The technological aspects of the package include skeletal grafts of CNT enhanced Keisou steel, tendon reinforcing CNT cords, subdermal implants of graphene sheets in the chest and abdomen to provide protection to major organs, cybernetic eyes with multi-spectral vision, mastoid bone implanted communicator for sub-audible communication and a neural computer for interfacing with equipment, navigation, VR training and general computer support.

Special Combat Augmentation Package
Details: The SCAP consists of a series of cybernetic and biological modifications, tailored to work together seamlessly. It features a self healing synthetic skin that is resistant to small arms fire, a skeletal structure replaced with graphene and fullerene, tendons replaced with braided carbon nanotube cords, a combination of synthetic and biological muscles that are capable of lifting over 4 tons, multi-spectrum cybernetic eyes, a suite of sensors, including short range radar, sonar and penetrating ultrasonic and a built in 100,000MW shield. The cybernetic augmentation replaces the brain with an ultra high speed processing computer that the original mind is downloaded into, and the nervous system is replaced with fibre-optics. The speed at which the new brain and nervous system work make time seem slower, since thoughts and actions that used to take seconds happen in milliseconds. An additional feature of the cybernetic brain is that the user can download their personality and memories to a backup storage system, which lets their downloaded personality be uploaded to a cloned body or android, thus preventing the personality from actually dying. A notable feature of the neural cybernetic package is that the user can use an internal VR function which, combined with the rapid processing speed, lets them train in what amounts to a compressed time environment. The cybernetic components are all built with low signature electronics and include stealth systems that are designed to make them appear like regular bones and organs to scanners. To top it off, the package has nanites that repair damage to both the biological and cybernetic components. All in all, the package makes for a person with all the combat abilities of a power armoured trooper, with reflexes so fast they're just a blur and all while looking normal to the casual observer and even most common scanners.

Pirschjager Combat Augmentation Package
Details: The PCAP is a series of cybernetic and biological modifications, tailored to work together seamlessly. It provides the same upgrades as the SCAP, modified to suit Pirschjager physiology, with additional changes to the eyes, ears, nose and vocal chords. The eyes gain infrared sight, telescopic zoom and flash blindness resistance, the frequency range and sensitivity of hearing is drastically increased and the nose both gains sensitivity and becomes capable of detecting a wider range of scents accurately. The vocal chord modifications work in tandem with a translation implant that allows the Pirschjager vocal cords to be able to produce human speech. Other cybernetics include a 300,000MW personal shield, self repair nanites, and a more capable integral compressed-time VR training and education package. The VR package is used to teach language, military tactics and equipment operation, as well as indoctrination in Orithyian morals, values and methods of thought, producing a Pirschjager with personality traits similar to an ideal soldier.

Details: Covering a large area, with most of the actual installation buried underground and sheathed in meters of armour, the FDI-400 series of anti-orbital defence installations form the backbone of the Federation orbital defence doctrine. It is ringed with a series of low, thick walls, studded with bunkers and automated gun positions to protect itself against ground assaults, and its shields are tuned to prevent troops or vehicles from passing through them, to further delay ground assaults. With advances in beam focusing techniques and electromagnetic field projection technologies, the heavy guns of the FDI-400 are capable of effectively reaching targets outside of the orbit of most moons, forcing attacking fleets to either keep to extreme range or face its mammoth guns, but even at extreme range they need to be wary of its flock of IPBMs. In order to maximize the effectiveness of each installation, its missile silos have been fitted with automated warhead exchangers, to make sure the best warhead is used on any particular target. To keep the needed crew small, a veritable army of drones are housed in the installation to do everything from basic maintenance and perimeter patrols to full scale repairs and defence of the installation against ground assaults that make it through the shields.

Details: The An-300B Asterion is a large, sub-orbital capable, delta-wing aircraft, designed for heavy-fire ground support roles. Using a combination of counter-grav, plasma pulse thrusters and low signature ion jets, it operates at heights that most anti-aircraft weaponry are incapable of reaching effectively, using the thinner atmosphere at those heights to attain speeds much greater than an aircraft of its size and design would normally be able to reach.
