DC has been with us from the start. He even took part of this place before it WAS this place (before we had our own url), so I have no doubt he read the rules.
The real problem is not that the rules are never read, but that they are quick to be forgotten. I'm sure most of you have read them in passing at one time or another, but can you really say you remember them?

I tend to consult them whenever we're talking about... sketchy subjects. Some of the philosophical topics, as well as some of the smack talk topics sometimes get me to take a small peek.

Those are usually the ones to infringe most upon the rules, but it is to be expected from topics that often hit so close to home for some folk.
