Return to 40K [HUB]

This will be the general discussion thread for this universe. Post anything relevant to 40k here, and I'll sort the info out throughout the relative Respect Threads on the board.

[EDIT] - Posts with quotes will be moved into the Archive thread once they have been updated into their relevant RTs. That will help us keep things a bit more clean in this and all other threads. I really hate deleting posts just for that, and the HUB system along with archives will go really long way in having people find exactly what they need, when they need it.

Similarly, off-topic discussions in RTs may be moved to this general discussion thread instead. That will help me from having to post a lot of empty reserve comments.

Sort of incomplete, bro.

Neglected to informed what hit the tank in either of those quotes.

It is implied that they were fired upon by a Ork looted Leman Russ in the first quote, but we are not told what type of weapon it was. The tank was attacked by an Ork fighter jet in the second quote, which hit them with some type of bomb or rocket. Doesn't say anything else.
We don't know exactly what hit them those two times. What we do know is that it was capable of shoving a 66 ton tank back almost ten feet, or impacting with so much force that it lifted half of the tank off the ground. The Leman Russ handily survived both of these attacks.

Not a problem. I'll make note of the implied assailants on the entries.

I'll try to pay more attention to all respects next week. I am a bit swamped with work at the moment.

Cool videos. The GW designers give great background info for the Eldar/Dark Eldar and how they get stuff done.

A little insight into the world from the mouth of one of the more popular black library authors of the time, Aaron Dempski-Cohen.

In essense, it seems to say "Look, we do the best we can, but we're only human, we were all raised on the wildly varying old days and frankly some of my fellow writers are terrible"

So... Not a lot of help really. Still, throw it in the pile.

Very great and worthy addition to the pile, J. I'll line it up when time permits.
